This handmade long kukri machete is crafted by skilled bladesmiths at Grace Kukri House (Khukuri Craft Pvt. Ltd.) in Kathmandu, Nepal. Designed for real-world use in hunting, survival, and outdoor scenarios, this long-blade machete is a powerful and reliable cutting tool — not just for display. Hand-forged with 5160 high-grade carbon steel sourced from recycled leaf springs, hardened to 58–60 HRC, carefully tempered, and meticulously balanced for strength, durability, and edge retention. This machete arrives very sharp and ready for action — an essential tool for adventurers, collectors, outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, and a meaningful gift.

  • Blade: 18 inches, semi-polished, made from 5160 high-grade carbon steel (leaf spring), heat-treated and tempered for durability
  • Handle: 5.5 inches, full tang, made from rosewood — strong grip and excellent balance
  • Blade Width (belly): Approx. 52 mm (5.2 cm)
  • Blade Thickness (spine): Approx. 6 mm (0.6 cm)
  • Hardness: Edge hardened to 58–60 HRC for superior edge retention

Care & Maintenance:
