ur Commitment At Grace Kukri House, we take great pride in every handcrafted blade we make. Each kukri is carefully crafted and inspected before it leaves our hands.

We do not accept general returns due to the nature of our products and the complexity of international shipping costs and import duties.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you ever experience a problem with your order — such as a defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item — we will replace it, no questions asked. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we will take care of it.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To submit a request, please log in to your customer account. Return shipping costs and any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
